1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the zbn77 platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and account management features — is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Each individual may register only one account on the zbn77 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts in your own name, under aliases, or using another person's identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, all balances (including any pending withdrawals) will be voided, and any bonuses credited to any account associated with the same individual will be forfeited without compensation.

zbn77 uses industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents (such as a national ID card or passport) and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account) before your first withdrawal is processed. 3 Account Obligations

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the zbn77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. zbn77 does not impose currency conversion on any player transaction — you deposit in BDT, play in BDT, and withdraw in BDT.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your zbn77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, zbn77 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Suspension by zbn77: zbn77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a stipulated timeframe.

Permanent Termination: Where a suspension investigation concludes that a serious breach of these Terms has occurred, zbn77 may elect to permanently terminate the account. In the case of confirmed fraud, misrepresentation, or criminal activity, any balance held in the account may be retained by zbn77 pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities.

Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the suspension or termination. zbn77 will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days. The outcome of the appeal process is final.

Effect of Closure: Upon closure or termination of your account for any reason, these Terms shall continue to apply to any outstanding matters between you and zbn77, including any disputed transactions, pending withdrawal requests, or ongoing investigations. The termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
